After arguing at some length, learned counsel submits that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial court at the appropriate stage. He, however, submits that prayer made by the plaintiff Amar Singh is only for permanent injunction. The case is at the stage of recording plaintiff's evidence. Thus, a direction be issued to trial court to decide the suit expeditiously. Dismissed as withdrawn. It is, however, directed that trial court shall endeavor to decide the suit expeditiously preferably within a period of six months.
