...Respondents

CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE H.S. MADAAN Present:- Mr. G.S. Virk, Advocate for the petitioner.

Mr. Gurcharan Dass, Advocate for the respondents. *** During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner has limited his prayer that revisionist, who is respondent tenant in the ejectment petition pending before Rent Controller, Ludhiana be allowed to tender in evidence certified copy of the order passed by Appellate Authority, Ludhiana dated 26.5.2017 further submitting that thereafter the revisionist tenant would not lead any other evidence since the remaining evidence has already been adduced by him. Learned counsel for the respondent landlord in all fairness stated that he has no objection if revisionist is allowed to do so without prejudice to his rights. Under the circumstances, the revision petition is disposed of.

Resultantly, the revisionist tenant is allowed to tender certified copy of order passed by the Appellate Authority, Ludhiana on 26.5.2017. The remaining prayers in the revision petition are disposed of as not pressed. (H.S.
