CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE K. KANNAN 1.

Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment ?

2.

To be referred to the Reporters or not ?

3.

Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? -.- K. KANNAN J. (ORAL) 1.

The plaintiff says that he will be satisfied if the revenue entry is directed to be brought in, for, after all the document that brings about a correlation of old khasra number to new khasra number will be a matter of evidence and its authenticity cannot be denied. If the plaintiff is prepared to bring such additional document, I direct the document to be received and give an opportunity to the defendant, if he so chooses, to give any contra evidence therefor. The evidence is directed to be given by calling merely the plaintiff to speak about the alleged correlation and no further evidence will be permitted on the side of the plaintiff. The defendant will be permitted such evidence as I have already indicated above. 2.

I dispense with notice to the respondents and proceed to pass the order that the Court will receive the document and deal with the matter in accordance with law. The revision petition is disposed of as above.
