MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (Oral) Prayer in this petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.0001 dated 04.03.2020 under Sections 498-A, 420, 120-B IPC (Sections 465, 468, 471 IPC added later on) registered at Police Station NRI, District SBS Nagar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of order dated 03.02.2021, the petitioner had joined investigation and cooperated with the investigating agency. Therefore, the present petition be allowed. Learned counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jaswant Singh, does not dispute the factum of the petitioner having joined investigation and cooperated with the investigation agency. She further submits that the petitioner had also deposited her passport with the investigating agency.
