(ORAL) This writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed, inter alia, seeking direction to the respondents to sanction refund of excess paid Customs Duty and Integrated Goods & Services Tax amounting to Rs.7,70,692/-, along with interest. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondents states that the necessary relief has been allowed to the petitioner and the amount claimed by it stands refunded vide order dated 04.03.2021.
