RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of direction to respondent No.1 to decide the pending petition bearing case No.20 of 2016, dated 18.04.2016, Annexure P-1, which is now fixed for 06.03.2024, within time bound period.
