**** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Present revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 30.08.2017, passed by learned Additional District Judge, Hisar, whereby the evidence of the petitioner has been closed.
Perusal of impugned order dated 30.08.2017 shows that the for the purpose of cross-examination of one witness RW Subhash Chander, a request was made by counsel for the petitioner, which was accepted and his cross-examination was deferred, however, the remaining evidence on behalf of the petitioner was closed. Taking into consideration the nature of litigation and the explanation put-forth, the instant revision petition is allowed. Impugned order (Annexure P-9), passed by learned Additional District Judge, Hisar, is hereby set aside. The trial Court is directed to grant one effective opportunity to the petitioner to tender the revenue records.
