The plaintiff who wanted to recall a witness who was treated as hostile to confront him with a statement made in yet another judicial proceeding that he was related and known to the defendant in the crossexamination. The permission was denied. 2.

I dispense with notice to the respondent and direct the witness to be recalled with a view to confront the witness for any contradiction in the statement alleged to have been made in yet another judicial proceeding.
