(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C., is for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondents No.2 and 3 in FIR No.118 dated 25.06.2021, registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC, vide order dated 28.01.2022, passed in CRM-M-285482021, on the ground of non-compliance of the undertaking to pay the balance amount within 03 months.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inadvertently the present petition has been filed which is a duplicate of the petition already filed by the petitioner bearing No.CRM-M-568732022. He wishes to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
