Learned State counsel submits that instant petition is liable to be dismissed in the wake of order dated 22.06.2017 passed by Inspector General of Police, Hisar Range, Hisar.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a separate writ petition assailing aforesaid order was filed before this Court which was dismissed for non-prosecution. Till date said petition has not been restored. The instant petition may be disposed of with liberty to move an appropriate application if cause survives.
