(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in FIR No.129 dated 18.05.2024 registered under Section 21 of the NDPS Act at Police Station Rama Mandi, District Jalandhar. Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition as the petitioner has already filed a petition i.e. CRM-M No.39831 of 2024, seeking the same relief by engaging another counsel.
