(ORAL) Petition herein inter alia is for setting aside impugned order dated 08.08.2017 (Annexure P-5) passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Patti, whereby learned trial Court has directed local police to take appropriate measures to protect life and liberty of respondent No.1/plaintiff and under this cover, police has forcibly dispossess petitioner/defendant No.1 from the property purchased by her vide sale-deed dated 13.07.2017 (Annexure P-2).

Revision was filed in the year-2017 impugning order dated 08.08.2017 (Annexure P-5). Notice of motion was issued on 15.09.2017, but no interim order of any kind was passed. Thereafter, case was taken up on 21.11.2017 and was adjourned since respondent No.1/plaintiff was not served. Similar was the situation when taken up on 09.01.2013 when none appeared on behalf of respondent No.1. On resumed hearing today, none appears on behalf of petitioner and respondent No.1 has though been served, but remains unrepresented. It may have so happened that in the interregnum, the suit itself would have been decided since revision petition has been pending for more than 7 years without any interim order. 3.

Be that as it may, revision is dismissed in default. 4.
