It is averred that on 18.12.2014 when the petitioner was on way to Court to file her written statement, she met with an accident and received injuries and as such could not reach the Court. It is further averred that on the said date her counsel was also out of station and request for adjournment prayed for, for filing written statement was declined by the trial Court while striking off her defence. After hearing the learned counsel and keeping in view the peculiar facts and circumstance of the case, I deem it expedient in the RAJINDER PRASHAD JOSHI 2015.01.29 15:10 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh.

Accordingly, present revision petition is allowed, impugned order dated 18.12.2014(P-1) is set aside and petitioner is granted one opportunity to file her written statement.
