Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Present revision is directed against the order passed by the executing court at Nihal Singh Wala. Impugned order has been challenged on the ground that the only house in which petitioner is living has been attached and put to sale pursuant to money decree dated 8.4.2015. Admittedly, the petitioner is not the owner of the property. She has been merely living in it. Property is infact owned by the judgment debtor. It is inexplicable how this revision petition can be entertained on behalf of a person who is not a party to the suit. Petition is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
