ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) It appears from the reading of the impugned order dated 05.01.2016, that a reference under Section 31(2) of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 is pending before the Court of Additional District Judge, Gurdaspur.

Arguments were partly heard on 05.01.2016, however, grievance of counsel for the petitioner is that the matter has still not been decided.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances available on the file, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the revision petition by directing the learned Additional District Judge concerned to finally decide the reference within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order.
