In response to the notice issued to the official respondents No.1 to 5, status report by way of an affidavit of Deputy Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Churian, Police District Batala, District Gurdaspur has been filed, which is taken on record. It has been submitted that allegations levelled by the petitioners have been found to be false.
