The prayer in the present petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for the issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners at the hands of respondent No.5 and his associates who are causing harassment, criminal intimidation, putting illegal pressure to sell their land.

The learned counsel for the State, at the very outset, submits that a Kalendra under Sections 126 and 169 BNS has been submitted against both the parties as there is a likelihood of a breach of peace. 3.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
