The petitioner through instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is seeking direction to respondents to allocate paddy in accordance with Clause 13 of Custom Milling Police for KMS 2023-24. 2.

Mr. Daman Dhir, Advocate submits that respondents are acting in an arbitrary manner against the petitioner and there is discrimination on the part of respondents. The petitioner has been delivered paddy lesser than its entitlement and authorities are trying to implicate the petitioner in one or another way.

Mr. Inderpreet Singh Kang, AAG, Punjab, who on advance notice is present in Court, submits that there are numerous complaints PARAMJIT KAUR SAINI 2024.01.25 05:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CWP No.1686 of 2024 -2- 2024:PHHC:010326 against the petitioner, thus, competent authority has initiated proceedings against the petitioner.

No authority has passed adverse order against the petitioner. This Court is sanguine of the fact that competent authority before passing any order would grant appropriate opportunity to the petitioner including notice and personal hearing. The authority shall also consider representation dated 24.11.2023 (Annexure P-8) of the petitioner. 5.

Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
