By this order, I intend to dispose of two petitions i.e. CRMM-5036 of 2021 and CRM-M-5817 of 2021 filed on behalf of petitioners Vibha Gandhi and Parveen Kumar.

CRM-M-5036-2021 has been filed by the petitioners for quashing of the FIR No. 12 dated 18.1.2021, for offence under Sections 420, 465, 468, 471 IPC and Section 13 of Punjab Travel BANITA CHUGH 2021.02.19 14:15 I agree to specified portions of this document

CRM-M-5036 of 2021 -2Professionals (Regulation) Act, 2014 and Section 24 of Immigration Act, registered at police Station City Nawanshahar, SBS Nagar, and all the ancillary proceedings, raising various pleas on merits, in support of their contention that they had not committed any offence and the FIR has wrongly been got recorded against them. CRM-M-5817-2021 has been filed by the petitioners for issuance of appropriate order or directions to official respondents No. 2 to 5 for fair investigation and look into complaint filed by them dated 21.1.2021, copy Annexure P-13 and dated 1.2.2021 Annexure P-18, pending before respondent No.5 - DSP, Nawanshahr, and to take appropriate decision in accordance with law, expeditiously or transfer the probe/investigation of the complaints to any other independent agency for committing the offence and for violating Articles 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India. Heard.

The FIR is still at the stage of investigation. The petitioners can raise all these pleas before the Investigating Officer, who is expected to consider the same during the investigation and then draw appropriate conclusion, in accordance with law. As such the petitioners are relegated to the said remedy. Both the petitions stand disposed of accordingly. ( H.S.
