Rajan Gupta, J (Oral) Present revision is directed against the order passed by District Judge, Ludhiana whereby he has directed the petitioner to furnish security in lieu of some of decretal amount i.e Rs. 4 lacs. Appeal has been admitted by the court below as certain arguable issues are involved. In my considered view order passed calls for no interference as same has been passed in accordance with the provisions of Order 41, Rule 5 CPC. Revision is without any merit and is hereby dismissed.
