The learned counsel, after being heard for a considerable period of time, restricts his submission to the factum of a taint free, re-enquiry being conducted into the allegations made against the petitioner by the complainant concerned.

For allaying the afore apprehension, and, in the larger interest of justice, the Director General of Police, Punjab, Chandigarh, is directed to constitute a Special Investigating Team, to be headed by an officer, not below the rank of Superintendent of Police, for re-enquiry(ies) being made into the allegations, as made against the petitioner by the complainant concerned.

The enquiry officer concerned, shall after bearing in mind all the relevant materials, inculpatory as well as exculpatory, and, after his GURPREET SINGH 2022.04.07 09:50 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh making an objective analysis thereof, shall make a reasoned speaking report,
