Instant petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ, order or direction especially in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.2, to consider the case of the petitioner, and cancel the Fair Price License of respondent No.4, who has procured the same, in violation of terms and conditions of the allotment policy of Fair Price Shop, Annexure P-1. 2.
At the outset, counsel for the petitioner seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a fresh one, if so advised, with better particulars.
