(ORAL) The petitioner-judgment debtor is aggrieved of the dismissal of the objection moved in execution petition seeking execution of the Award dated 20.05.2013 of the Arbitrator on the premise that they did not receive the copy of the Award and the vehicle which had been financed, was stolen on 11.06.2010. In this regard, FIR No.129 dated 11.06.2010 had been registered. Even the insurance company has released the amount of compensation but the fact remains that the Award has to be challenged by filing objections. In case they have not received copy of the Award but now have got, they can always take the remedy in accordance with law in view of the settled law but not in the mode and manner as has been done.

For the foregoing reasons, I do not intend to differ with the order under challenge dismissing the objections, much less, no ground for interference is made out. The revision petition is dismissed.
