***** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI , J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer that the respondents be directed firstly to grant the Child Care Leave to her from 01.03.2022 to 21.04.2022 and further, appropriate consequential benefits be also released to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already raised the said grievance by moving various applications to the respondents but the same are still pending consideration with the respondents and the petitioner will be satisfied, in case, the respondents are directed to decide the same by passing an appropriate speaking order in a time bound manner.
Learned State counsel submits that qua the prayer of the petitioner for the grant of Child Care Leave from 01.03.2022 to 21.04.2022, appropriate order will be passed within a period of eight weeks from the Ankur Goyal 2023.08.02 18:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
CWP No.1686 of 2023 --2-- 2023:PHHC:098244 date of receipt of a certified copy of this order and in case, petitioner is found entitled for any benefit after the passing of the speaking order, the same will be extended to the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of the learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of as having been not pressed at this stage. Ordered accordingly.
