Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.222 dated 19.12.2018, registered at Police Station Sector-49, Chandigarh, under Sections 406 and 420 IPC. Vide order dated 12.09.2019 passed by a coordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Subhash Chand, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
