(ORAL) Both the petitioners herein named Sonu and Sahil Kumar seek the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.0011 dated 12.01.2021 registered at Police Station Gandhi Nagar District Yamuna Nagar, under Sections 148, 149, 323, 325, 341 & 506 IPC. Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Parwinder Singh, Police Station City Jagadhri, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 16.02.2021 as passed by the Co-ordinate Bench, the petitioners have joined in the investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required and they are also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

Keeping in view the above-said submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as SEEMA SHARMA 2021.09.02 04:19 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
