(ORAL) On 11.02.2021, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel for the petitioners states that except offence under Section 506 IPC all the offences for which the petitioners have been booked in this case are bailable and petitioners are ready and willing to join the investigation.

Notice of motion.

Mr. Tanuj Sharma, AAG, Haryana has accepted notice on behalf of State of Haryana.

Under such circumstances, the petitioners are directed to join investigation by contacting the Investigating Officer within 7 days from today and render all sort of cooperation. The petitioners have to surrender their Passports before the Investigating Officer, if they have got ones, otherwise to furnish affidavits in that regard. The next date of hearing is fixed as 31.3.2021. If, in the meanwhile, they are arrested, they be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer/Arresting Officer."

CRM-M-5022-2021 -2Today, learned State counsel on instructions from S.I Raja Ram has stated that pursuant to the order dated 11.02.2021 the petitioners have joined investigation and they are not required for custodial interrogation. In view of above, the interim order dated 11.02.2021 passed by this court is made absolute subject to the conditions as enumerated under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The petition stands disposed of.
