**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petition herein is for setting aside order dated 03.10.2019 (Annexure P-4) passed by Ld. Civil Judge (Jr. Division), Anandpur Sahib, whereby an application for police help to implement order dated 06.05.2019 (Annexure P-3), was allowed.

Neither any one appears for petitioner nor even steps have been taken to serve respondents No.2 and 3 by filing requisite process fee. However, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1 states that per his instructions, compromise has been arrived at and the matter has been settled between the parties. 3.

Being so, revision is dismissed for non-prosecution with liberty to file an appropriate application in case any cause of action still survives. 4.
