(ORAL) Matter was taken up for hearing on 15.03.2023, when learned counsel for respondent No-1/Board sought time to get instructions if anything survives for adjudication in instant appeal. On resumed hearing today, learned counsel for respondent No.1 states that during the pendency of instant revision petition, property in question has been allotted to respondents No.2 to 8, who have also been handed over the possession of same. He further informs that allotment made in favour of new allottees i.e respondents No.2 to 8 has not been challenged by the petitioner. On the other hand, none appears on behalf of petitioner.
