Through the instant petition, as instituted under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C., the petitioner has sought the concession of anticipatory bail, in case FIR No.60 dated 17.10.2023, under Sections 419, 420, 120-B of the IPC, 1860, registered at P.S. Cyber Crime, Yamuna Nagar, District Yamuna Nagar.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.
