(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that revision petition bearing No.8564 of 2017 is pending adjudication for 23.02.2018 after notice of motion against the order, whereby, the appeal filed by the petitioner-judgment debtors against the judgment and decree dated 28.08.2012, was dismissed in default. However, the present revision petition has arisen out of the impugned orders dated 11.08.2017 (Annexure P-9) and 09.10.2017 (Annexure P-10), whereby, the applications for stay of the execution proceedings and appointment of the Local Commissioner for drawing a final decree, have been dismissed. The petitioners have a liberty to seek interim relief, if permissible, in accordance with law in the pending revision petition but not in the manner and mode as indicated above.
