(ORAL) In pursuance to the order dated 23.01.2019, the petitionerjudgment debtor has brought the entire amount along with interest 12% per annum, from the date of deposit till date i.e. `14,60,000/-, which has been handed over to Mr. Vinod Bhardwaj, learned counsel representing respondent No.2, in cash, as a custodian of his client. In view of above, the execution application filed by the decree holder stands satisfied and therefore, no cause of action survives in the present revision petition, hence, the same is disposed of as such.
