JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Petitioner-tenant has preferred this revision petition against the concurrent findings of both the Authorities below whereby the eviction petition filed by the respondents-landlords has been allowed.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the matter has been resolved by the parties and therefore, he craves for leave of this Court to withdraw this petition.
