(Oral) This is a revision petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India against the order dated 5.9.2018 passed by the trial Court vide which the petitioner/defendant's evidence was closed by order. By a separate order passed today in connected petition bearing CR No. 3709 of 2018, the trial Court order dated 16.4.2018, allowing the defendant's (petitioner herein) Expert to take photographs of hand writing for the purpose of proving signatures of Gulshan Kumar, has been upheld. Therefore, the impugned order dated 5.9.2018 is set aside to the extent it closed defendant's evidence; and he is allowed to lead the evidence in terms of the order passed today in the connected petition bearing CR No. 3709 of 2018.
