Learned State counsel refers to para 6 of the reply filed by way of affidavit dated 20.07.2023 of Deputy Superintendent of Police (Rural), Abohar, District Fazilka, wherein it has been stated that respondent Nos.2 and 3 did not appear before the trial Court and vide order dated 09.08.2022, they have been declared proclaimed offender, while in this case, previous order dated 13.01.2021 recalling the order declaring him proclaimed offender, has been challenged. 2.
