IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH Civil Revision No.6368 of 2017 (O&M) Date of Order:17.01.2018 Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam Ltd. and others ..Petitioners
Versus
M/s Ambala Stone Crusher, Doewala ..Respondent CORAM: HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KSHETARPAL
Present:
Mr. Sandeep Moudgil, Advocate, for the petitioners.
ANIL KSHETARPAL, J (Oral) Petitioner is in revision petition against the interim order passed by the learned Additional District Judge restraining the petitioners from disconnecting the power supply to the plaintiff subject to deposit of current consumption bill by the plaintiff-firm.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has vehemently argued that the learned first appellate Court has not observed anything about the arrears. There is some substance in the argument of learned counsel for the petitioners. However, this court is of the considered opinion that rather than issuing notice and keeping the matter pending, the ends of justice would be met, if the learned first appellate court is requested to decide the appeal finally within a period of three months from today. In view of what has been recorded hereinabove, the revision petition is disposed of with the aforesaid directions.
