***** KARAMJIT SINGH , J. (Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail in case having FIR No.230 dated 14.11.2021 registered under Sections 21/29 of NDPS Act at Police Station Bhawanigarh District Sangrur.

The counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has joined investigation with the police in the light of interim bail dated 3.2.2022 passed by this Court.

( 2 ) CRM-M-4362-2022 required by the police for any further investigation or for custodial interrogation.

Besides this, there are no allegations against the petitioner that he was present at the spot when 5 grams of Heroin was recovered from coaccused Vicky @ Chamkila. As stated by the State counsel, on completion of investigation challan has been presented against the petitioner in the Court concerned.
