Mr. Abhimanyu Singh, Advcoate for the petitioner **** RITU BAHRI , J. (Oral) Plaintiff/Petitioner (for short 'petitioner') has filed the instant revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing order dated 29.07.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge, Jr. Divn. Grugaon whereby the application moved by the petitioner unde Order 7 Rule 11 CPC in Execution Petition, has been dismissed.
The Objectors have stated in the objection that they are owners and are in possession of the suit property and the judgment and decree under execution has been obtained fraudulently, without impleading them as a party.
Since the objections are still pending before the trial Court, the necessary evidence will be led before the Court for final disposal of the objection.
No case is made out at this stage to interfere in the order dated 29.07.2015 passed by learned Civil Judge, Jr. Divn. Grugaon. The revision petition stands dismissed.
