CORAM : HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE RITU BAHRI Present :
Mr. V.P. Sangwan, Advocate for the petitioner.
*** RITU BAHRI, J. (Oral) Petitioner has come up in revision filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside order dated 25.08.2017 passed by learned trial Court whereby application to recall P.W.'s 1 to 5 and 7 for cross examination has been allowed.
In the impugned order, it has rightly been held that since the Government Pleader looks after the work of multiple Courts, therefore no prejudice would be caused to the respondent-petitioner if the application to cross examine the above witnesses by the Government Pleader be allowed. In view of the above factual position, no ground is made out to interfere in the impugned order.
The petition is dismissed being devoid of any merit. (RITU BAHRI) September 19, 2017 JUDGE G Arora Whether speaking/reasoned Yes Whether reportable No Gaurav Arora 2017.10.04 14:54 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh
