Learned counsel for respondent no.1 submits that this is revision against order dated 30.09.2015 passed by learned Rent Controller whereby application of revision-petitioner to stay the proceedings in subsequent ejectment application was declined. The ejectment application has already been decided by learned Rent Controller and the revision petitioner has filed appeal against order of learned Rent Controller, which is pending before the Appellate Authority.

In view of submission of learned counsel for respondent no. 1, this revision petition is rendered infructuous and the same is dismissed as such.
