Petitioners submit that they are into livein-relationship against the wishes of respondents No.4 to 6 who are related to petitioner No.1. Counsel for the petitioners submits that the aforesaid private respondents have threatened to cause harm to both the petitioners and in this regard, representation (Annexure P-3) was given on 29.01.2022 to respondent No.2 but till date no action has been taken by the concerned authority in this regard.

( 2 ) CRWP-972-2022 Ms. Harpreet Kaur, AAG, accepts notice on behalf of the State of Haryana. She submits that the concerned authority will look into the matter and take decision on the representation of the petitioners in accordance with law.
In view of above, without going into merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to consider representation dated 29.01.2022 (Annexure P-3) and to provide appropriate protection to the petitioners if so warranted. However, any observations made in this order will not be construed as an expression of opinion on the relationship between the petitioners.
Respondents No.4 to 6 are at liberty to avail approprate legal remedy against the petitioners.
In case the petitioners have committed any offence, the law will take its own course.
