Through the instant petition, cast under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the sole grievance raised by the petitioner, is that the order dated 05.09.2019 (Annexure P-4), has not been executed by the Punjab State Information Commission (respondent no.1). 2.
This Court finds that aforesaid grievance of the petitioner, through the instant petition, is mis-guided/misconceived, as this Court is not an executing authority, for the order passed by the Punjab State Information Commission.

In case the petitioner has any grievance regarding nonexecution of the order (supra), he has a specific remedy available, under DHARAM VIR 2026.04.22 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-2120-2020 -2the Right to Information Act. Therefore, the instant petition, is hereby dismissed. However, with liberty to the petitioner to avail apposite remedy, as available to him under the ibid Act. 4.
