By way of this petition, petitioners have challenged the orders passed by the Courts below on an application moved by the respondents under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Trial Court vide order dated 3.12.2011 directed the parties to maintain status quo regarding alienation of the suit property till the disposal of the suit. Appeal filed by the petitioners against the said order was dismissed by the Appellate Court vide order dated 26.9.2013.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that now the parties have concluded their evidence and the suit is listed for arguments for 14.7.2015.
