(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in the present writ petition the grievance which is being raised by the petitioner is for the implementation of the order passed by this Court in CWP-26169-2014 decided on 07.12.2018, which is not being done by the respondents. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to avail the appropriate remedy for the redressal of the grievance as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
