(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners would contend that possession of the demised premises has already been delivered to respondent nos.1 and 2 through warrants of possession in the year 2016. On 21.12.2016 the following order was passed:- "Mr.C.B.Kaushik, Advocate has appeared for the respondents and filed his power of attorney and memo of appearance which are taken on record.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that possession has already been delivered to respondents No.1 and 2 under the warrants of possession. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to address arguments to make out that the possession was wrongly delivered and seeks restoration of the possession.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Executing Court for filing of an appropriate application for restoration of possession. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2 states that he has no objection if the present revision petition is permitted to be withdrawn. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid. If any application is moved, the same shall be dealt with by the concerned Court in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
