CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANOOP CHITKARA Present:- Mr. Manish Mehta, Advocate for the petitioners. Mr. Manish Bansal, D.A.G, Haryana.

**** ANOOP CHITKARA, J. (ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 16 dated 07.01.2022 under Sections 63/64/65 of the Copy Right Act, 1957 (Amendment 2012), Sections 420, 482, 483, 485, 486 IPC registered at Police Station City Narnaul, District Mahendergarh.

After arguing for some time, counsel for the petitioners submits that he would be contended and satisfied in case he be permitted to raise all the points at the time of framing of charges, in case the State launches prosecution against them. Given above, the present petition is disposed of with liberty aforesaid. In case any prosecution launched against the petitioners by State, in that case, petitioners are permitted to raise any of the points at the time of framing of charges and the concerned trial Court would specifically advert to all such points. It is further clarified that pendency of this FIR shall not be construed against the petitioners till the time of presentation of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C.
