The petitioner is seeking cancellation of regular bail granted to the respondent No.2 by the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Kurukshetra vide order dated 17.02.2022 (Annexure P-2) in case arising out of FIR NO.16 dated 01.06.2021 registered under Sections 376, 354-D, 450, 506 of IPC and Section 66-E of Information and Technology Act at Police Station Women, District Kurukshetra on the ground that respondent No.2 is misusing the conditions of bail so granted to him and has been extending threats to the petitioner and a separate FIR has already been got registered by the petitioner in this regard.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the advance copy of the petition has already been supplied to the learned State counsel. 3.
Learned State counsel submits that all the witnesses of the prosecution have since been examined before the trial Court and the case is at its fag end.

It is also submitted by him that a separate FIR as mentioned in the petition has been got registered by the petitioner with regard to the threats which are allegedly being extended to her. In these peculiar HIMANSHU 2024.02.05 15:05 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment.
CRM-M-4397-2024 circumstances, when the trial of the case at its fag end and separate proceedings qua alleged extension of threats by the petitioner have also been initiated. In the circumstance, question of the petitioner's intimidating the witnesses does not arise at all, as they have already examined. I am of the considered opinion that no ground for cancellation of regular bail as granted to the respondent No.2 is made out.

Therefore, the petition is dismissed.
