Learned counsel for the respondent states that he does not wish to contest the present revision petition and the same may be allowed reserving the right of the respondent to avail his remedies as available in law. 2.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent, present revision petition is disposed off. The impugned order dated 20.09.2016 is set aside. Consequently, the rent petition is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off. 3.
Needless to say that the respondent would always be at liberty to avail his remedies as available in law.
