******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners under the instructions from the revision petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with prayer that petitioners be allowed reasonable time for vacating and handing over the possession of the demised premises to the respondents-landlord. Mr. Naveen Chopra, Advocate, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of respondents and agrees with the proposal as put forth by learned counsel for the petitioners to the extent that the respondents have no objection in allowing of time upto 30.06.2017 to the revision petitioners to vacate the demised premises. CR-6779-2016 -2petitioners, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The revision petitioners are allowed period upto 30.06.2017 to vacate the demised premises, subject to the following terms:- (i) The petitioners-tenant will pay/deposit the entire due rent/mesne profits upto 31st October, 2016 within two weeks. (ii) They will keep on paying/depositing the advance rent/mesne profits of subsequent months upto 30.06.2017 on or before 7th day of each month.

(iii) They will file affidavit before the executing Court within three weeks giving details of entire payment of rent/mesne profits and undertaking to vacate and hand over the vacant possession of the demised premises to the respondents-landlord on or before 30.06.2017. In case of default of any of the above terms, the respondentslandlord will be entitled to execute the order of ejectment forthwith. ( SURINDER GUPTA ) October 20, 2016.
