(Oral) At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the suit has already been ordered to be rejected for non-payment of Court fee, vide order dated 18.05.2019. As such, though, he submits that he shall be challenging the aforesaid order, in accordance with law, but however, he does not want to pursue with the present revision petition and the same may be dismissed as having become infructuous. Ordered accordingly.
